Delete your account whenever you want.

This page covers accounts created inside a Simpli-FI Events mobile app, including the TEXPERS Events app (com.simplifios.events.texpers). If you have only browsed an event as a guest, you never created an account, so there is no login or profile to remove. Opening an event does record an anonymous installation entry for the app itself, which is not tied to your name. Uninstalling the app ends it, and the email route below covers it too if you would rather we cleared it.

1. Open the app and sign in, if you are not already signed in.
2. Tap More, then Settings.
3. Under “Your TEXPERS Events account”, tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Deletion happens on our servers immediately. It cannot be undone, and you will be signed out on that device.

If you cannot get into the app, email events@simpli-fi-os.com from the address you signed up with, with “Delete my account” in the subject line. Tell us which event app you used. We will confirm your request, delete the account, and reply when it is done, normally within a few business days and always within 30 days.

We ask you to write from the signup address because it is how we confirm the request is really yours. If you cannot reach that mailbox, tell us and we will verify you through the event organizer before anything is deleted.

• Your login: the account record, your email address, and your password credential.
• Your event profile fields: first and last name, suffix, title, organization, member type, and any contact details on the profile.
• The link between your account and any event you registered for.

Anything stored only on your phone, such as your session notes, saved contacts, and your profile photo, is removed when you delete the app from the device. We never receive the contents of those.

• Anonymous session feedback. Session ratings are recorded without your identity in the first place, so there is nothing in them to trace back to you and nothing to remove. Event organizers rely on those totals for accreditation reporting.
• Rosters an organizer already exported. If the event organizer exported an attendee roster before you deleted your account, that copy belongs to them. Contact the event organizer directly to have it removed, and we will help if you ask.
• Records we are required to keep.Ordinary business and security records, such as billing records between us and the event organizer, are kept for up to seven years. Records held for an event organizer are kept for the term of their agreement plus ninety days. Deleted records can also persist in our hosting provider’s encrypted backups until those backups expire on their own schedule. None of these contain your app profile.
