Refer a peer. Save 15%. Stack up to five.

We pay you in credit when you introduce us to an organization that signs with Simpli-FI Events. The mechanics are short, the math is bounded, and the rules are written down so you do not have to ask.

How a referral counts

A referral counts when (1) you introduce us by email or written message to the organization's primary decision-maker before they have spoken with us, (2) the new organization signs a Simpli-FI Events agreement, and (3) they pay their first invoice or deposit. Past that point, the credit posts to your account.

What the credit is worth

Each verified referral earns you a 15% credit toward any future Simpli-FI Events booking. Credits are tied to your organization's account, not to a person, so the credit transfers with whoever books the next event.

Stacking and the cap

You can apply up to five referral credits to a single booking. The total discount tops out at 75% off the published tier price. Add-ons, third-party costs, and travel are not included in the discount base.

Expiration

Credits hold for twelve months from the day they post to your account. After that they expire. We send a reminder thirty days before any credit lapses.

If the new client later cancels

Once the credit posts, it stands. If the organization you referred later cancels, refunds, or fails to run their event, your credit is unaffected.

What this does not cover

The program is for organizations referring other organizations. We do not pay cash for referrals, we do not pay individuals, and we do not stack the referral credit with custom one-off discounts already negotiated on a quote. A given organization can earn up to ten referral credits in any twelve-month window.

Things people ask before they refer.

What if I am not sure whether you have already spoken with the organization I want to refer?

Email events@simpli-fi-os.com with the organization name and the contact you have in mind. We will reply within one business day with a yes or no on referral eligibility. If the answer is no, you have not lost anything by asking.

Can I refer my own employer?

Yes, if you are introducing a sister chapter, regional affiliate, or partner organization that operates as a separate legal entity from the one whose account would receive the credit. We do not pay credits to the same legal entity that sent the lead.

How will I know my credit posted?

We email the address you gave on the intake form within one business day of the referee's deposit clearing, with the credit ID, the percent, and the expiration date.

Can I see my balance?

Reply to the credit email and we will send you the current balance. A self-serve view is on the roadmap.

What happens if the referee re-negotiates the price down?

Your 15% credit is calculated against the published tier price, not the discounted price. If the referee bargains us down, your credit is still 15% of the original tier.
