The property at 1657 Worcester Road in Framingham, locally known as "The Castle Hotel" along the Massachusetts Turnpike, opened in 1975 as the Sheraton Tara Hotel and operated for nearly five decades as the Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center.
